so fh and i went to dinner lst night.. after spending the afternoon looking a houses.. so i brought my leftovers home from dinner.. some jerk chicken and some rice and peas..
this morning i got up and ran a few errands thinking wow when i get home i'll eat.. and it'll be soo good.. and ....
it's not there.
fh ate it. fh WILL be bringing me some home for dinner tonight..
can i just tell ya'll i'm pissed!

FH had a rule in his house growing up that if its in the fridge- its up for grabs.
My house, however, never ate other peoples food.
So FH KNOWS not to touch my food in the fridge unless I tell him he can.
I see you need this rule too! I know its just food, but it does suck to look forward to it, then its gone

Posted by KitWisdom Haha, I’m actually more prone to do that than FH! He always forgets about leftovers and I don’t…several times he would be like “Where’s the leftover chicken” and I would have to tell him that I ate it about a WEEK AGO.
Same thing with us....i'm usually doing that to him not the other way around....he ALWAYS forgets.

lol yes that is exactly what happens. My leftovers 'magically' disappear all the time, sometimes they don't even make it to the fridge. You get used to it

Yes FH does this to me ALL of the time! It went from my brothers eating all my food to FH once we moved in together. Trick is to hide it- if the food isn't in his face he isn't going to make an effort to look

haha i gave up this fight loooong ago.. Now I just give FH my leftovers in the restaurant so he can take them home with him, cause i know hes going to eat them anyways.
