Is your DJ giving out 'favors'

Just wondering if it is more fun or more tacky?

PS- I mean favors like leis and top hats, etc.

I don't think there is anything wrong with giving them out but personally I will not be doing it. In my opinion it doesn't fit in well with how I want my wedding to be.

We're having him hand some stuff out later on in the night- when people are more 'loose' (drunk ). I think it makes for nice pics too! Adds some color and gives the people a little extra something to play around w/.

I voted no but they are giving out silk roses that light up to all the ladies duringthe first dance.

We had them and our guests loved them!!

But our wedding was more like a big party then a wedding reception since we didn't toss the bouquet/garter or have parent's dances.

We are going to have some...not that many... for the end. I think they are cheesy but believe it or not our guests love them!

We had them and everyone loved them!!! It made for fun pictures. He gave out hats, sunblasses, tambourines, leis. Our guests had a blast!!

I really didn't want too, but we are having alot of kids at the wedding. So I thought it would keep them busy

We are havinga steel drum band for our band, and our aim is to be fun, and elegant...

Our band will not give stuff out, We are going to get glowsticks and beads or leis....Our guests will LOVE that
