My FH is not a jewelry guy at all, so he was not thrilled about having to wear a wedding ring, but he's going to wear one (I managed to talk him into it by finding a very masculine, titanium ring ). Anyone else's FH not going to wear a ring? Just curious - and not at all in the mood to work today.

My fh has webbed fingers so he says it's uncomfortable for him to wear a ring. But he promises to wear it when we go out and special occasions. He was also considering getting a tattoo band but we'll see.
holy crap, my FH has webbed fingers too!!!!
FH is not wearing his, and i could care less...he is a mechanic and its not feasible or safe for him to wear one at work and he works 13 hour days....maybe when we go out for special occasions

Originally FH was totally against wearing a wedding band but he picked out one that he loves and says he is going to wear it. We'll see what happends...personally I do not care if he wears it or not.

FH will only be wearing a wedding ring on our wedding day. His grandfather actually gave him his gold wedding band that has to be resized... FH is a mechanic, so he cant exactly wear anything on his fingers since it can be dangerous.

FH will wear a ring...he already wears a silver ring from me on his right ring finger, so he's into rings. Fussy little monkey that he is. It's going to take some convincing probably to get him to switch to the left hand though, because technically the right hand is the orthodox wedding ring hand, and you know how he is about his Greek-ness lol.

lol mine has been wearing a surgical steel version I got him at work all week to 'get used to it'...He will probably get a simple white gold band, but wear it on a chain around his neck mostly because he is in construction and it's dangerous to wear the ring.
My dad is construction too (before he lost his job) and he never wore his ring cause it was dangerous .. so he really only ever wears it for like special occasions because now he feels bad scratching it!

my DH always swore he would never wear a wedding ring - but after we got engaged he changed his mind and when it came time to pick out rings he started getting really excited about it....he loves wearing his ring now - so just because your guys swears he won't ever wear one you really never know - because mine did a complete 360 when it came to the ring thing....but my DH also said he would never get married and he is married at 26

My FH doesn't wear any jewelry and had mentioned once that he didn't know if he could wear a ring because it would feel weird. I think my head might have done a 360 like the exorcist and then I just said well you better get used to it cause you're wearing one!! that was the end of that!!

FH can't wear one at work because he's a mechanic but he will wear it as soon as he comes home and such. He is getting a titanium or tungsten ring.

fh already told me he won't be wearing one...he's going to get one and wear it for special occasions but he won't wear it on a daily basis, which really doesn't bother me b/c my dad NEVER wears is and i know my dad's a great guy!!!!!

No because he can't. He's an engineer and it can either electrocute him or get caught in a machine. He'll have one to wear out and I think he wants to get a wedding band tattoo.

My Fh is not a jewelry guy, at all! However, I gave him a claddagh a few years ago and he never takes it off! lol He is looking for something very simple! I did suggest wearing the claddagh and having more money for my ring, but that wasnt too warmly accepted!
