Re: It's Never to Early to think about STRETCH MARKS!

Genetics! lol

A friend of a friend used some type of Burts Bees stuff that I might try, right now I am just lubing up with Cocco Butter. I am slowly expanding bellywise but my breasts are getting out of control. I heard alot of them fade pretty quickly anyway so I'm not too concerned about war wounds.. lol

They fade but they are always there!!! Nothing REALLY helps but cocoa butter and vitamin E are what some people swear by.

Re: It's Never to Early to think about STRETCH MARKS!

I also heard it's all Genetics too. If you mom had them &/or your grandmother had them chances are you'll get them.

All the cocoa butter and lotion isnt going to prevent them from happening, it will just make your skin softer.

It's all luck if you dont get them.

Re: It's Never to Early to think about STRETCH MARKS!

But won't the cocoa butter and vitamin E help the appearance of them diminish after you have the baby?

Great, my Mom had major stretch marks I think. I have to ask........

Re: It's Never to Early to think about STRETCH MARKS!

My doctor told me not to even waste my money, it's all genetics. Some people are made to get them no matter what they do. I used an oil and it didn't help at all. My entire stomach was filled with stretch marks by the end of my pregnancy.
