It took me MANY years...

but I've finally decided to quit smoking. I haven't had a cigarrette since Sunday 10:00p.m....yes I'm counting! It's tough but I know I can do it. The best part is...George has quit with me!!

WTG thats soooo great november 30 is my 1 year mark for quitting, its hard in the beginning but trustttt me it gets easier and its sooo wroth it u will feel better and save money!! good luck and stay strong remember a craving only lasts a couple of minutes, u can do it!

I go outside to smoke & I like it better...I hated smoking inside the bars.

Honestly...it's not that bad. I definitely have cravings but I don't have withdrawals like some people say. No headaches and stuff. Um, Ive been chewing gum to keep my mind off of it and drinking lots of water. I was planning on quiting after the wedding but it just worked out this way.

Trust me - I'm speaking from experience - I've been there too! And I was laughed at for jonesing at unfortunate moments as well, and just rolled with the punches - never take yourself too seriously!!!
