italian/pizza rest in syosstt area?

our wedding is in that general area...and instead of booking a RD sopt thats gonna cost us 40 bucks a head ppl are tryin to convince us too have it at a pizza/italian place thats out that way...1 w/ a private room?! i dont know of any........if anyone can give me ideas that be great!

Pasteria on South Oyster Bay in Plainview. It's on the border of Hicksville I think, but the food is great. they have a big dining room but I don't know if they would close it off for a party.

DH and I go there all the time for dinner..really excellent and I think they are in your budget.

Are you getting married at the Watermill because Syosset is not in the general area of Smithtown. I wish it was though.

Anyway Bertucci's is long gone but La Viola is still there, but might be a little pricier than what you're looking for.

yes im getting married at the watermill...well my recp is there but my church is in Oyster Bay

Christiano's! Right in Syosset... and the song 'Scenes from an Italian Restaurant' by Billy Joel was written about that place.

Then there's 'La Viola' in Syosset.

Also Manero's in Syosset... it's a Steakhouse, but I think they do Italian.

There's also a great Italian restaurant IN Oyster Bay that has a GREAT private room and GREAT food. Il Piato is the name. That spelling may be wrong. It's on the corner of 106 and Audrey Avenue in Townsend Square. If you can't find it online, FM me... I work right there, so I can get the information for you. It would be perfect for you, I think. I'm not at work today because of my eye surgery, but I can get it later this week. I just know it's hard to find online if you don't know the correct spelling. It's a GREAT place, though!
