They were very nice the two times I spoke with them. They emailed me all the confirmations and itineries immediately after booking with them.

Congrats!! Rome is awesome. I lived there 2 years ago. If you get a chance, go to the Supper Club
It is a great club with different levels and it is fun to people watch.
Although, since you will be on your honeymoon, you might not want to go out.

My parents lovvvvved Siena so much - the pottery alone is enough to make you drool. For their 25th anniversary in Oct, I had a woman in Siena handmake a plate for them --- the shop is called Il Pellicano, you should totally look for it!!! This is her shop
I'm sure you'll find an incredible honeymoon souvenier.
Here's the plate she made my parents:

Congrats Beth, one of my sister's went to Italy on her HM. She had a wonderful time. Enjoy everything, drink plenty of wine
