it's official

i start my diet today :( i am sad bc i shouldn't be in this position i should have not gained this weight but reality is I DID...i ate late with FH (that doesn't gain weight for S***!!!) ice cream every night and nice dinners/lunches yanno how it goes.
anyway,

i woke up 6am prepared my meals for the day so i wont be tempted to cheat or have any sort of excuse NOT to eat my food!

plus i have his cuz weddin in a mth and 1/2 and if i dont slim down i wont go

im on this amazing program that i've done b4 and im confident in losing it the right way healthy way and some what quick!

well, day 2 and i haven't cheated. lol

im so proud of myself. yesterday i wanted a starbuks cookie so bad * they r soo yummm*

i think in my 3 week ill actually see results.
