Its official!!! Ima mom!!!!
I cant even explain how it felt to see them for the first time..my whole world stopped, like everything was in slow motion, theys aw me right away and it was like looking at two angels..I saw nothing else..poor Paulos vomited the whole way home but bounced back quickly once he came home. he and Biruk are amazing, so sweet and everytime they say mom, my heart completly melts..we are having so much fun, they laugh at my jokes, they are very affectionate, very funny, they LOVE their new home..its like christmas around here..they just keep playinga nd playing..in the 2 hours that they have been here, we have already been clothe shopping, played soccer, swam in the pool, watched some movies, played games, read books, taken a TON of pictures..I will download them soon..my battery is DEAD and its recharging
They had never taken a bath before and it was the funniest thing..they looked very concerned at first, and every time they would sit and their little butts would touch the water..they would go WOAH.with a big smile and stand back up..tonight they took a full on bath and stayed in there for about 20 minutes laughing and giggling. Their innocence is so amazing.
It turns out Biruk has already had congestive heart failure and a bypass when he was a baby..he almost died..this was never told to me or to the agency, the nuns kept it a secret..I still would have adopted him, I just wish I had a heart specialist lined up just to check things out.
Anyhow..I will post pictures later and Thank you all again for the support you have given me throughout this amazing journey of mine...THANK YOU>.youve helped keep me strong..and now they are here and I have never felt so in love![]()
