... that days after the Wedding, they woke up in a sudden panic, like 'Oh my God, what have i done!' They each told me (on different occasions) that the panic attack of all the life changing events that took place in ONE SINGLE DAY only lasted a minute tho - until they saw their new husbands and remembered that it was a GOOD change.
Did that happen to anybody else????
That just may happen to me. lol. I'm never good with change. And now suddenly - i'm gonna not only become a wife, but I'm moving away from New York & my family - the ONLY home I've ever known. Even though I'm really excited to begin that new life with FH, it's still a little freaky to think about suddenly. (at least I'm no where NEAR rethinking the marriage tho, he's my perfect match)

Re: I've had 2 separate friends tell me....
I had this happen right BEFORE the wedding...and it was b/c one of my BF's and BM's got a baby Macaw parrot before the wedding and we were talking about it and I asked her how long they live for, b/c I thought it was a long time. She said about 70 yrs....and so I start telling her that's a lifetime commitment, and the parrot might outlive her (wonderful I know) and is she ready for this...and then I stopped to think, wow I'm making a lifetime commitment...I'm buying a parrot!!
Funny I compared DH to a parrot...ha ha...I told him about it later

Re: I've had 2 separate friends tell me....
I had absolutely no moment of this even though we didn't live together before. My freakout was the night before after the RD, but it wasn't so much being upset or doubting as just the overwhelming emotion of it all....so I cried. Something about sleeping in my childhood bedroom at my parents house and getting ready there (I obviously don't live there now and haven't in years), and I always get emotional at that daddy-daughter stuff....
