Please share your thoughts on ivory vs. white for the groomsmen & groom. I'll be wearing an ivory gown & my bridal salon suggested the men wear ivory shirts to coordinate. I'm just not sure... Let me know your suggestions!

I'd say definitely ivory for the guys. I wore diamond white & they suggested an off white or else my dress may look 'dingy' next to it. They wore off white & it was fine.

Yes they should be ivory. Everyone in the bridal party wore ivory including me. Check my album for pics

When we told the tux place my dress was ivory they told us that DH and all of the GM would wear ivory shirts, because if they wore white shirts it would make my dress look dingy (since white is brighter) HTH

I'm wearing an ivory dress and all the men are wearing ivory shirt to compliment me!

I would go with ivory. My dress is ivory and champagne colored so my FH and his groomsmen will be going with ivory.

They told us the same thing and we went to 2 Tux places. HTH!

I was in ivory, DH and BP had white shirts and DH had ivory vest BP had black vests.
I think it's matter of preference.

My dress is ivory so FH is wearing ivory shirt, tie and vest. Guys in BP are wearing white shirts though...I wanted FH to be different than them. Seen it done this way and looks fine.

I would get a fabric swatch for your dress and take it to the tux place and see which you prefer.
