So FH and I want to have a Jack and Jill party. We told our friends about us wanting to do a LI vineyards type tour. They are all coming up with excuses: it's too far, too much traveling, they don't drink wine, etc. Any other ideas? I was just thinking about renting out a local bar and then collecting the cash. Is this even worth it? I'm getting discouraged. Any other ideas?

we are doing a jack n jill bbq on saturday and on the invitations my MOH put that it is a gift card shower
