Crashing! We took our pics last Tuesday (the hot day) and we got the link for the online gallery today! I was told it takes 1-2 weeks for the gallery to go up. Now I'm waiting to see which ones go up on facebook AHHHHH!

I inquired about weekends because FH works late hours in suffolk and we wanted pics in central park, but they said weekend e-pic shoots are hard to schedule because of weddings...I would imagine moreso now that it is peak wedding season (I asked in February/March)

I was SO scared of the e-pics cause I have 30 pounds to lose and I'm soooo not photogenic but they came out so nice!

i was told week days. i still have no clue where I want to take them. we are doing them june 4th & i really want something different and nontraditional.

I was told weekdays also, NOT including Fridays! It's something you and your FH will have to take off for if you have Mon-Fri, 9-5 kind of schedules. We're doing it in Williamsburg, BK since we're ALWAYS there and that's where FH proposed. I hear the turn around for pics is super quick.

We're taking our pictures on a Tuesday. We're going to start at our apartment and walk over to DUMBO. We wanted to take some pics at the Brooklyn Museum but they don't allow professional photography there.

I was also told weekdays. I want to schedule mine soon, but I have NO idea where to take them. I definitely want flowers and trees and summery things because our wedding pictures will be during winter. I'm also set on taking pics in Central Park and Grand Central the day of (especially Grand Central) so I don't think I want the city. Ugh, why is this so difficult!

If we didn't do central park for sentimental reasons, I would probably do Little Italy for something nontraditional or something beachy

oh and our shoot was over an hour and a half...we got a good variety of locations within the park...they tell you you can pick three 'spots' at your location but he's cool and just keeps walking and finding cool places...

We are planning on doing ours at the end of June because we are out of state and will be in town the last week of June. We've been looking into places to take the pictures- we'd like a 'park feel' to our pictures, but we also would love to have the Throgs Neck Bridge in the back of some pictures, as that was the bridge that separated us for an entire year (hes originally from CT and me from LI). Looked into Fort Totten Park- but its a military base, there's an area right outside of it that would be gorgeous but they are currently doing construction, so I have to look further into where we can make this vision happen. Just booked ours for MAY 6TH...bc my FH would insist on wearing shorts and flip flops if it were anytime after that. WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR?! I'm panicking...ha

I am SUPER excited about the engagement session but we want to do ours in the fall since the wedding will be in th fall we thought that would be nice and they only book engagement shoots two months in advance.. But as you girls do your shoots PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post pics!!!
I think I was one of th first 2014 jaylim brides on here and I'm so excited to finally see some pictures!! :)
