So.....how was the Dr?

I just got back from the doctor, and he did his best to get labor started. It was not very comfortable, I will tell you that! I am 3 cm dialated and 90% effaced. I was then hooked up to the fetal monitor, and found I was contracting about 8 minutes apart. Then I had a sono, which estimated the baby's weight at 8lbs, 11 oz.

After all of this, Patrick and I met with the doctor. We discussed my options and decided that since my body is completely ready and the baby is big, if I don't go into full labor on my own by 7:00 tonight, he's going to induce me.

ACK!!!!!!!!! I'm so nervous!!! I am really uncomfortable too.

I guess the next time I talk to you ladies I'll be a mom!

Thanks for all of your support these past 40 weeks. You are truly an amazing bunch of women!

Damien was estimated @ 8' 14 in the end and was only 8lbs so he/she may not be that big

Oh and I think too I'm going to say 7lbs 13oz. 20 1/2 inches

I originally said 11/13 and a boy in the baby pool so I am sticking with it!
