jenny craig update

so tonight was my second weigh in....
my first week i lost 7lbs
this week i stayed exactly the same

overall the food is good
and i do feel and see a bit of a differnece in how my clothes fit
my face looks a little thinner
and i do feel lighter

so even though i wish the scale went down this week
i still am really motivated to have another great week
and i still recommend it for people
it is easy to follow
i am pleased
