Jericho Terrace

Can someone tell me what the process is when you first visit Jericho Terrace???? Do you make your deposit that same day or do they give you a few days to bring the deposit back????

Its up to you. We went and looked. Then left, came back with our parents, then left a deposit. But you can also leave a deposit when you go there.
