Hello ladies, I have the deluxe 9 menu. I was wondering if you ladies could help me out with what appetizers are good to be passed around? Also what in the world are potato croquette? LOL anyone have a picture?? lol thank you!!!

Not sure about the menu...but potato croquettes....YUM-O!!!!!!!! They're basically fried mashed potatoes....FH loves when I make them!!

Ohhh nice....so they are like soft/mushy in the middle? lol I was thinking of having them change the potato croquette to a side of mashed potatoes...so you think I should leave it as it is??

Yep and crunchy on the outside. Personally I love them - so I would leave it! But that's just me
