Can anyone tell me what the minimum and maximum # of people that the dome room at Jericho Terrace holds?

I think on an off-night they'll let you guarantee 150...I think the max is 250. Not sure...I'm surprised this wasn't asked on the JT thread...surely one of the lovelies will answer, there are a few Dome brides coming up soon!

I am actually getting married in that room next June and I had to guarantee 200 people, but I think I may have closer to 250 and I am worried that 250 people in the dome room is going to be too crowded. It doesn't seem like it can hold that many...

Yes, you have to guarantee 200 for a saturday night. I think 250 may be a little croweded. I saw it set up for 200 and I was worried that it may get to crowedd with the tables.

I was origianlly booked for a Thursday night in June ('06) in the Dome Room and was given a minimum of 175, and asked (about 2-3 times) to get it lowered to 160, and finally did. But we changed the date to a Sunday, and the minimum is back up to 175.
I believe the max is 250, but I am not sure I would put that many in there, only b/c of immeding on the flow of traffic, you know getting around the tables and such to the dance floor or restroom.

That is exactly what I was thinking, how comfortable will it be to get around the tables if we have 250 people in the room. I am shooting for 200-225 guests, 250 seems like it would be way too crowded. Maybe I should call Michael Clouse to see what he says. I really don't want to switch rooms because I love the dome room. I also heard that they may be putting a permanent bar in the dome room, which I am assuming would take up space - does anyone know if that is true?

Yes, ask Mike. Also, ask if you can come in to see the room set up for a large wedding, to get an idea of how it looks/feels.
Have not heard anything about a perm. bar.

We booked the Dome room. When we first booked with JT we were told the minimum is 200 on a Saturday and the maximum capacity is 300.
8 more days and I'll be a Mrs!!!!!!!

I only had to guarantee 150 for a Saturday afternoon in February....3 months from today, yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
