Idk who it was on here that was looking to buy something from them but I figured id share my experience......DON'T DO IT! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!

I decided to take a chance after reading bad reviews on thier dresses and order a veil anyway bc there was no review about anyone having a problem with a veil. I assumed bc the dresses were made to order and most of the problems were shipping delay problems and sizing I figured what the heck go for it bc it is so inexpensive! I offered a veil for $30!! I figured if it didn't match I would only be out $30 nothing crazy!
I made for express 2 shipping bc I didn't want to take the chance and have a shopping problem. It came very quickly my mom said it was beautiful couldn't tell it was cheap at all.
Well I was very disappointed when I came home to find it was not the veil I ordered. A finger tip length veil with faux pearls I got an elbow length veil with silver beads and the designs were completely different!! But I figured honest mistake, let nee just email them I'm sure they will correct it! WRONG!! I have been back and forth emailing and arguing with them!!! they are trying to say it's the same veil! They offered nee 3 opition since ' I'm not satisfied' keep it and get 40% off my next purchase, return for a refund but I pay shipping back and I don't get refund till they get it back ( something tells me they will say they 'never' got it! ) or keep it and get a 30% refund!

You tell me.....do these look the same!????!!!???

In my opinion, they look different although it is hard to see the pic from their site. It does look like tiny silver beads though. Sorry you had to go through this =(

That is so crazy! I feel you on ordering despite reviews. Ive done tons of ordering all over the place myself. if you do return it , Id pay the extra amount to have someone sign for it so that way you know they got it and there is signature proof. They seem very shady. If you have serious problems i would go to the BBB and write them up esp if they advertise one thing and you get something different.

I just ordered my veil from ebay and called it a day and it was actually new and made very nice with fast free shipping. FM me if you want info. It not fancy (but then again I dunno what is considered the fancy material lol) but I personally only gonna prob wear it for a short time.

What about that other place Burtons i think everyone always recommends?

I don't want to bash then bc everyone has had a great experience there but I felt like they were bothered byrme bc I wasn't very sure what I wanted.I showed them a picture and they kept showing nee things that were nothing like it. I got annoyed. Plus they were still over $100 which to me for a piece of tulle and some beads that I will wear for two hrs isn't worth it.

Even if their argument is that the beading is the same (which it doesn't look like it to me) that doesn't change the fact that it's the wrong length! You ordered fingertip and this is elbow length. Ugh so sorry you're going through this. I would return it for a full refund and like Chelsea said pay extra money for the confirmation of delivery so you know. Let us know what you decide!
