I think you mean Donald Hedgecock
Find nsgraham and ask her - he is doing her flowers...
Change the title and see how you make out!

I think nsgraham is using him. She has him listed on her budget vendor site. I will be also -- but then your date is before mine.

I did speak to him briefly, but I thought I would wait until Easter and Mother's Day were over before I really start grilling him He was very personable on the phone however.

He does not have a website that I am aware of. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

PS: isn't his name Donald??

I don't think he has a site but there is a girl who used him on this site and her flowers were very pretty...
The think I liked was that he apparently does NOT charge alot of $for extras...sounds reasonable...
I went to the S. Souci for dinner last night...

Re: John Hedgecock Florist

yup we did the tasting last night...
we just went the 2 of us - there were other people who had their families there, but I wanted to make sure the food was tasty, edible and that I would feel comfortable serving it to my family & friends...

In total, the food was very good, esp. for wedding food - which we know can be generic. The presentation was excellent and my FH who eats like 4 things in his diet, liked the chicken alot, even though he ordered it PLAIN with a side of ketchup -

The crabcake was really good & the salad was okay - just baby greens & raspberry dressing which was tasty...the salad needed to be tossed more (which I will mention to them too) That would put it over the edge for me!
Just a little tossing!!

I had the Sea Bass which was good - the crust was a little thick but didn't take away from the overall juiciness of the fish and the rice pilaf I didn't like. I did see the meat dishes being served with a pretty big roasted potato which I will request instead of the rice for my wedding.

There was another table near us discussing the food so I go to hear what they were having and they liked everything...

The dessert was tasty - tres leches cake & wedding cake...I loved the presentation of the cake on the plate - with kiwi sauce and creme anglais, a few blueberries and a piece of choc. stuck in the cake...

We can say I was def. happy overall with the food and was alot more excited about the wedding once I tasted the food!

One last thing to mention is that the grass around the place is soooo green and thick!!
It'll be great on a gorgeous day...

If you have any questions pls. FM me if you like...
OOPS I DIDN'T READ ABOUT THE HIJACKING - MAYBE WE SHOULD GET AN OFFICIAL THREAD GOING B/C I DIDN'T SEE ONE...SORRY! IT'LL BE BACK TO THE FLORIST STARTING NOW!!

I am using him and found him to be very nice and very reasonable. I am getting all of my personal flowers, Church flowers, and reception c.p. for about $1100.
I have to meet with him soon to start choosing my flowers
