What is the name of the bakery they use? Is anyone doing fondant? I was told it would be extra, but since I'm over a year away didn't discuss those specifics. Was it a lot more?

hey there! jt bride here the bakery they use is Dortoni's.....their absolutely AMAZING at their work - and the food is SOOO delicious. I believe fondant is extra(i could be wrong)...but to be honest, I tasted the fondant, whipped, and buttercreme and the fondant does NOT taste good! it's actually very bland and bitter(just a personal opinion!) instead we went with a smooth buttercreme...and it gave the look of fondant with a WAY better taste :) here's a pic....
Thanks! Yeah, we were told fondant was extra. The cake I want is in fondant in the pic, but I've never had it. I figured we could change it to something other than fondant.

yep that's what we did! our pic was a fondant but we switched to buttercreme....i mean - u might like the fondant, but i didn't! i'm sure if u head to the bakery they'll let u have a taste good luck with everything!
