When are all you fellow July brides doing Hair/Makeup trials? One of the people I called suggested waiting until April so I don't change my mind a hundred times afterwards.... is that about right?

i went to 2 different macys to get all that i needed! it's a really pretty set. i returned the original set i had bought.

I had mine in October. I wanted to book someone but I didn't want to book someone and not know how my hair and makeup were going to look for the wedding. I still may change my mind as to how I want it but at least I know that she is good.

I booked hair (with my regular stylist) and have not had a trial and I booked makeup without a trial as well. Some think I am crazy, but I met her and we chatted and I saw her work...and If I REALLY dont like it I will only lose 25.00 . I will hopefully have my trial next month

My invite proofs are in. Now we just need to finalize them. Shoes and tiara is what I am looking for now. Hair trial will be in a week. My BM jewelry and gifts are done for the most part. We have to work on the readings now. I do not want to be last minute on anything.

def! i think im gonna do them on the night of my bachelorette party!! that way all that makeup and hairspray doesnt go to waste!

We are going with Danta Tux's in Westbury on Old Country Road, just west of Wantagh PKWY. They had the most styles available and very reasonably priced $125 for everything minus underwear and socks!!!!

We are FINALLY deciding on florists this weekend. We couldn't decide between two vendors, so we asked that they both make a sample. So one vendor on Friday night and the other on Saturday. Can't post their names cause they are both LIW vendors and I want to keep it fair since they peak on here all the time!
