It really is true that you find out who your true friends are when you plan a wedding. The only one that seems to be looking out for me is my sister who lives in florida. Its hard to share stuff with her since she's so far away. It just saddens me that I dont have any 'girlfriends' to share this time of my life with me. All my 'friends' are single and couldnt care less about my planning. Just sad, that's all.

I am actually in the opposite situation! I,m the last one to get married! My friends are busy trying to have babies and such!!

me too..... i dont think there are many people out there that will be as excited in the planning as you are which really s$*cks because it really is a wonderful time. Just know u have us!!!

I completely feel your pain. I am in my own bubble wondering why nobody ELSE gives a darn what shade ribbon I use and what font is my favorite. It is hard for some people to be supportive. Those who are your true buds will be by your side through all your decisions and moments. And of course, all LIW girls are here!!!!

I totally understand! My so called friends have been very unsupportive during this time. All they say is 'what are you going to do when you don't have a wedding to plan' so now I don't tell them anything that doesn't pertain to them. My family, FH and of course all you girls, have been the only support I've gotten.

Diva I am going through the same thing only my MOH and my BM who lives in Virginia mind you is helping with the planning everyone else can care less.

diva u cant be more right...fh and i are finding out who is truly our friends and who is really willing to go the extra mile for me and its changing my normal happy go lucky personality with many.

HA!! truer words have never been spoken! I won't bore you with the details, but both my MOH's (who are my sisters) are completely useless and couldn't care less about me or the wedding! I am just about ready to pull a Donald Trump on them and say 'YOU'RE FIRED!'
