just an update!

Just wanted to let you girls know - got my hair trial done on Friday - EXCELLENT - (Bumble and Bumble - Ron), and my makeup. Not happy with that. Too much foundation, and I didn't like the line of makeup he used. So kind of disappointed with that. Have to find somebody else for that - which kind of stinks. Had the PMI with the priest, and that was fine. only 40 days left!!!! UGH! I still have SO much left to do!

We just had our RD with a priest from your church (my priest was 'out of town').

Are you going to the B&B salon on the morning of the wedding or are they coming to you? What hotel are you staying in?

I am getting ready at the Palace that morning. I am going to them...at 11:00 - Stef how are you holding up?!!?!?

Doing okay. Can hardly believe my wedding is on Saturday! Still have some stuff to get done but Im still in shock. A little sad that it will all be over soon and a very anxious for it to be over with at the same time.

So if we met with our priest months ago, do we have to have a PMI too?

Vam I am not sure - we are getting married at St. Patricks in NYC. - We met with him a few times and then went to pre-cana and when that was over, we had to go back to the priest w. our certificate and we got separated and asked questions that the priest wrote down in this big book. They were like 'do you have any medical problems that might prevent you from having children', 'are you related to your fiance' - things like that. It's just the final okay to get married. My sister did it at her church in Westchester as well - but it wasn't called PMI (pre-marital investigaion...scary right?) so I think it's pretty standard. Good luck!
