kids will tease no matter the name...

I used to call my neighbor 'ross the boss' and he would call me (nothing rhymed) 'Erica Perica' and I was so upset by it...i don't know why...just kids being kids

True about being teased...

I grew up with 'Jack and Jill' my whole life!! 'Hey Jill, where's Jack?' Hardy-har-har. Drove me NUTS!

I am going to name my kids Scout and Boo

I think these people are just trying to be 'creative' LOL....gimme a break!

ready for this - I have a friend who was considering naming her son Dartagnean (sp?) (pronounced: Dar-tay-neon) i think!!

I use to work with a guy who named his son Aramis. he kept getting mad because everyone thought of the mens cologne and not one of the 3 musketeers. He kept saying someday he's going to call himself 'Ram'. The kid was about 2 weeks old when they started calling him AJ and I never heard him referred to as anything else after that by his Dad.

When I was pg with Luke, there was a woman on my Oct 02 board who wante to name her kid Wedge. She was asking for opinions and everyone talked her out of it.

Now that Im pg again, I go to another board and some of the names people are thinking of are killing me, Im spraying my computer screen laughing so hard. Im not talking abou t'just not my taste' names, I mean truly god awful names. Tsk tsk

a friend was telling me (i think it was in her old school) there were brothers..
