Just call me Chef-Boy-Ar-De!!!!!!!

Dinner was absolutely delicious I'm shocked That Emeril's recipe was great (from Food Network)! Chicken Marsala with mashed potatos and veggies!!!!

ETA: I actually told FH he had to clean up everything on the table and do the dishes because I had to run on here immediately and tell everyone how good I did

My FH is a GREAT cook...he always follows Emrils and Alton's and Giatta's (sp?)...recipes...LOL - He makes a great chicken Marsala...I wonder if it's Emerils??

YAY see i knew you could do it

all these sauces sound more complicated than they really are, most are very simple and if you follow the recipe step by step it will come out great

Thanks alot Denise, when you said chicken francese I actually thought that was the one with the mushrooms so that's where I got the idea from!

As baby-ish as it sounds yes it felt great cooking something 'all by myself' (gimme a break I'm used to living with my mom and dad and having home cooked meals every night )

You tell them Jess...although I'm going to buy that book Kim was telling me about 'The Joy Of Cooking' I was looking online about it and it looks very useful!!!! But I will still laugh in the face of cooking classes!!!! This months lessons cooking...next months lessons baking
