What is everyone paying for their DJ?? I want to make sure Im not paying more than everyone else. Thanks!

I am paying $2500.00 for dj and mc. I am also getting a large screen that will have everyone live when they are dancing. They will use the screen also to play some pictures of us on before we are announced. The price also includes ceremony and cocktail music and give aways. Hope that helps.

I payed $1250 for my DJ and he was phenomenal. I also had a photo montage, no live pics, but a beautiful compilation of about 90 photos which ran from birth through today with all our family and close friends, I thought It was priceless. He charged me somewhere around 300$ for this, other dj's were quoting me 700-800. send me a forum mail if you would like more info!

$1299 .... Spin Around Sound - and I would highly recommend them!

We had the basic package - the lights and extra stuff just isnt' our style..

Paying about $2500 for Body Rock DJs. We will have a live percussionist playing along with the DJ also.

I really wanted live music. But he bands I wanted were between 7 and 9K. So, I got a DJ

$1,200 for the DJ & MC. An extra $500 for the screens for the photo montage and the extra man to take digital pics to put up on the screen.

Wow ! some of you girls got some good deals!! did anyone ever hear of Dance Jock DJ? If so what experience did you have -- good or bad? Someone highly recommended them to me! Any feedback would be appreciated! thanks!

I am using Dance Jock, paying $1250 for DJ, MC, includes cocktail hour and reception. They were recommended by my office that has used them for their holiday parties for the last 4 years. I will let you know how they are in a few weeks at our holiday party. It's extra if you want lighting.
