Just finished workout 1 of 30 day shred!

It was good! And the best part about it is that you don't need a whole lot of room. We have a TINY apartment and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do stuff but it wasn't a problem. Definitely get it! And it's only 20 minutes so I can do it in the morning before work and then still do my cardio at night after work. The new year is off to a productive start!

In half hour Im ReALLY going to try to do Level 1 again.... Im trying to be good b/c I really need to lose this weight!!!

yea i love it! Today was my 6th day so 4 more then level 2... Should be interesting....

That's awesome! Keep up the hard work! I tried it out a couple of weeks ago because it was on demand. Oh man, was I tired by the end!

If anything, I think it tones you MORE and then if you have weight lose it happens to come off, so to speak. It's amazing for toning....that is what I'm using it for.

I just finished day 24 today and I need to lose like 5 lbs at most...but mostly I'll lose it w/ all the toning i'm doing! :)
