just got home...

Fh got his tonsils removed today! I feel so bad for him. I asked him how bad it hurts on a scale from 1-10 and he said 8! The doctor said they were so infected, he is lucky he did it right away, or he might have gotten real sick! The doc also said, if it hurts this bad already, tomorrow and the next day is going to be even worse! My poor, poor, baby!!

Aww!!! It's a lot more painful to have them removed as an adult. I was supposed to have mine out 2 years ago but I decided not to since I was not geting sick that often.

I hope he gets better soon. Lots of ice cream and jello for Ant

Tonsil surgery is the WORST. I had mine removed a little over a year ago. I was out of work recovering for a little over 2 WEEKS!
I couldnt talk or eat, and I had to go back and forth to the hospital twice for dehydration..MAKE SURE HE DRINKS LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! most important...I lost 14lbs after surgery! so that was a plus haha

Oh man, that stinks. I had mine out last year and it was a painful 2 weeks. But on the bright side I haven't gotten sick since. But be patient with him because it really is very painful.

awe- good luck with him... ever notice how guys become such babies when they don't feel good? Sometimes its cute though- GOOD LUCK for a speedy recovery!
