My next door neighbor from CT died today. I was very close with him.
He was about 77 or 78. Its interesting how a relationship can grow from a parent/child one to one of adults and friends.
Im just so sad and my hearts hurts. I could use some encouragement.

Oh, hon, I'm so sorry!!!!! I know how that feels!!!! When I was a young kid, I had an elderly neighbor, I just loved!!!!!! Her name was Ida!!! We played Chinese Checkers, sipped hot choc., and she taught me how to make a beautiful Christmas arrangement, not to mention she gave me some things I still cherish; A triangle scarf she made, and potholders!!!! She use to be a seamstress!!!! Ahhh, those were wonderful days!!!!! Tell me about your friend!!! Mary MOB

aww... i'm so sorry to hear your sad news. give yourself the room to be sad but know that it'll be okay. and that we all send you lots of hugs during this sad time in your life. i'm so sorry for your loss..
