Who is going with a strapless gown? I am, but I have never worn anything strapless before! So it should be interesting...LOL! If you want to share a pic that would be cool. Mine is by Demetrios, but the pic is too big for me to post. It is a young sophisticates #YS-173.

I am strapless too! I had to crop and shrink the picture so the picture doesn't do it justice. The mfg is Mariana Hardwick. Have my first fitting next week. Can't wait!
I'm wearing strapless. I had always said that I would NOT wear a strapless gown but I just fell in love with mine.
I had to wear a strapless dress when I was in my cousins wedding and I was tugging on it all night...well I never had time to get that dress fitted so it was a tad loose, plus it was only supposed to be tight at the top (not fitted in the waist area). I was assured when I bought my dress that with it fitting properly (especially at the waist) I would not have this problem. But just to be on the safe side they are going to make me detachable straps in case I want to put them on later in the night.

My friend just got married on 8/10 and she wore strapless. It was also a Demetrios (not the one in the pic above). The dress was gorgeous! She had the seamstress put detachable straps so she would be more comfortable when dancing. They worked well, but unfortunately one button snapped by the end of the night. It still stayed up though!

bridetobe- Is your gown considered a A-line gown? I am also strapless, I always knew that's what I wanted.

I wore strapless and loved it. They fit it so well that you don't worry about it a bit...
