Just want to vent

I hate seating charts SOOO much! I have done this stupid thing over like 5 times already and I'm starting to get REALLY frustrated.
Ok, I'm going to stop being a baby now.

God soon enough ill be doing mine ugh so dreading it. Have you made a scale of the room so it make sit easier to do the changes???

I've been using this free software and I made up an exact replica of the room. All I have to do is click on the names and drop them into the tables. But, I keep changing my mind as to where I want to put people. Or, FH keeps changing his mind as to what work people he wants to put where. Grrrr.

I actually saw it in an old issue of Modern Bride or Brides. Can't remember which one.

Take a break from it for a while and then go back to it. Then it won't feel as overwhelming.

aw u will get it soon! i got sooo aggravated doing it for the engagement party, i can only imagine how annoyed i will be for the wedding lol

can I ask a really stupid ?..... how come seating charts are always such a pain in the @ss and so dreaded? Is it only annoying like if you have certain ppl that you cant seat together or anywhere near each other etc., like that type of situation? and do you really need software????? because if thats the case i am totally screwed. it took me like 4 hours the other day to figure out how to format some lables, i am not equipped to be able to deal with seating software

Awww.. I feel for you. I went for my menu meeting and got all the seating paperwork from Fox Hollow and already I feel overwhelmed and I haven't even sent out my invites...lol
