Just when we think our weddings are expensive...

I saw an episode of 'Whose Wedding is it Anyway' where a wedding for 90 people was going to cost $200,000! The groom got really mad when he found out (she never told him!), so they had to 'cut' it down to $160,000!

It's on WE, I'm not sure of the time b/c we have DVR and I record the series

Omg, I could just imagine spending that much $$$!!!!! And hiding it from FH, that sets the tone for a healthy marriage!!!

Thats just insane! Look spend as much as you want, but a six figure is a bit much, maybe for like 10,000 people okay, but 90! Thats insane. With that kinda money I better have a big name band like the Stones or Areosmith.

You can get Cheap Trick to play at your wedding for $5000 - shoot my band cost more than that.

Regardless, Im not bothered by the money issue there so much as the attitude. These are obviously the type of people that have it to spend. When thats all you know, its hard to imagine any different on ANY level.

Oh, I saw that and I was like whoa....

It was hilarious to me when the groom asked the planner how much it would cost to cancel...FI was like hmm, I feel his pain and I was like since I'm the planner here, you really don't want to go there, but seriously though, I thought she lost her mind!

i saw that episode with FH and he said if I ever did that to him he would be out....of course I dont have 200k to spend on a wedding

omg I saw that one.. never told the fiance.. how could you do that???? awful way to start things off.. it was painful to watch... I think it turned out cheesy too. and it POURED rain, and the 'cave' venue started leaking! what an terrible waste of money.
