im looking into having a trial with karen abitol anyone know anything about her?

i dunno i think i saw someones trial with her and i was looking to do a trial but wanted some feedback on people that may have used her or had trials

Is she the make up artist? If so, my friend had her for her wedding. My friend's make up came out beautiful but Karen really stressed her our by being late and not super friendly. She also did my make up which I was not happy with at all. I told her exactly what I didn't like and that's basically what she did. :(

hi. i'm actually looking into doing a trial with karen too--probably this week or next depending on our schedules. i did a search for her on this site and she got great reviews! also, she uses all MAC makeup which is a big plus for me b/c it's pretty much all I use. I will let you know how the trial goes once I have it!

i think just traditional unless she convinces me otherwise i wasn't even going to have somebody do my makeup until last week when it dawned on me that i will probably not feel like doing my own makeup on the morning of my wedding!! she has been super nice over email so i'm really excited to meet her. i'll let you know how it goes!

I can't post my trial for you because Karen decided to cancel. She thought it was more important to make plans with her friends and cancel the morning of my trial. I posted a rant on the boards- if you want more info!

Karen Abitol dosnt use Mac, i believe you are thinking of Karen W. Karen W. uses Mac, i had a trial with her. She is SUPER sweet!! I forget the name of the makeup Karen A. uses but i actually liked it better than Mac. It lasted much better one me. Karen A. did a great job too!

i could be wrong, i just know she didnt use mac on me. Maybe she uses that as well, but i did tell her my other trial was with mac and it didnt stay good on my face so maybe that was why she didnt use it.

**also, mine was airbrush...did u say u wanted traditional? that could make a difference as well.

haha, yes! i also had a trial with Karen W. (a few weeks back). I didnt post any pics from the trial with her though. I had trouble finding people so i figured it would be easy if i just booked trials with both Karens, lol. Karen Wysoki is also a vendor on here. Karen Abitol is a vendor on here, I used her for my wedding and she did exactly what I wanted, showed her a picture and it was done-i did the airbrush

ETA:it stayed all night, thru pictures at OWG (and I sweat like no other) and the next morning it was still going strong.
