My gown is a Mon Cheri also....just wondering what style you chose and did you find a matching veil through them?

It's from an older collection, but still in production. I could not find it on their home page, but did finally find it on a British site when I entered Mon Cheri and the style number into a search engine. It is a soft ivory tone - not the snow white, but the natural silk white.
They discontinued the veil that matched the dress, but I found something I think works even better when I was in Arizona at Christmastime. It has smaller silk flowers on a comb - about 3 or 4 inches across, and there are some small pearls wired in on gold wires. There are also small pearls scattered on the veiling itself. It is fingertip length and I plan to wear it all night. I have long hair and will wear it with gentle curls, mostly down, but pulled back a bit on the sides.

Your dress is so, so beautiful! I never did see one like it in their line. Don't you just love Mon Cheri? Here's a link to my dress.....It's in ivory though and I'm not wearing that headpiece or the gloves! (I got it a year ago and I found out from the website that it was just recently on the show 'Friends')

Wow! I especially love the skirt with all the lace. When I first started looking, I wanted somthing with lace like that at the hemline. (I loved the all lace Tomasina that was pictured everywhere - but not at $7000!) I especially like the quality of the fabric and the detailing of the Mon Cheri. I pick mine up on Monday!!!
Was this the dress Monica fought for? I loved that episode, it was really funny. I have not started the 'search' yet, but I plan to begin soon. I had no idea what a trunk show could be like! I bet you were able to get your dress without giving up your band!LOL. It is very nice, I'm sure you will make a beautiful bride.
