yes...right now they are going after the people who are sharing 1000 files or more...(the people you upload off of)

but you may want to look into kazaa lite...its not based in the US...and there is no installation of spyware...

Just downlaod Bear Share... Its really good and FREE... (sponsored) BearShare .....Just scroll down the page and look on the left had side for a white box that has the free version in it... I think its version 4.2.9

I wouldnt use any of those 'free programs' now...Especially since I read an article saying that for now they are just busting people that share music. In the future they plan to bust people that download without sharing.

I stopped Downloading music a while ago and I will not download music anymore....unless I pay for it
