Keeping on veil or taking it off???

Keeping on veil or taking it off???

I'm finding that half my freinds/family think I should keep my veil on all day/night even for the reception (it's what makes you a brdie, you have to!! etc..) and the other half thinks I only need it for the ceremony and pics....

I have no clue..what is everyone doing?

(note: I'm not talking about the blusher, just the regular veil and mine is to about my fingertips)

Thanks!

I meant to keep mine on all night. But I had it placed pretty low and someone huged me at the CH and tugged it by accident. After that it wouldn't stay put so I just took it off.

As of now I am planning on keeping it on...however, Ivyqueenz so graciously let me borrow some beautiful haircombs to wear in case I decide to take the veil off!

I took the cathedral length after the ceremony and the other veil off after cocktail hour. I had a tiara still and another hair clip I put in that matched my other dress. We did a 4 minute waltz and I definitely wasn't wearing the veil during that dance.

I was going to take it off RIGHT after the first dance but I got so busy that I didn't even get the chance. It was in with bobby pins and everything and my MOH was going to take it out but I didn't want to risk messing up my hair. It was uncomfortable at all so I was fine keeping it on. I did take the blusher off after the ceremony.

I'm still debating it...but I kinda like the look of the veil on all night...My veil about wrist length so it wouldn't necessarily get in the way. Plus my grandma bought for me so I should prob keep it on the whole time.

As much as I was freaking in love with my veil, I wanted it off for my grand entrance into the reception. I kept it on for all the pics after the ceremony, then took it off before the entrance. I wanted to be free!! Do whatever works for you, people do a million different things and they all work!! Good luck!!

Keeping it on. I heard they are expensive and I am only weaing it one day so I'm getting every penny worth.

I plan on keeping mine on all night.... I have heard of girls saying that they wish they had their veils on during the reception because it also looks nicer in pics with the veil.

I'm going to take it off after the 1st dance.. although I do feel like AMAZING when I have that friggen thing on. When I go to the bridal dress place I have it on the entire time I'm there, lmao.
