My FH teaches so we can't do our real honeymoon right away. So we are going to key west for a few nighths right after the wedding just to relax and be togther. We looked up an found Casa Marina Resort Key West. Has anyone been there or heard anything good or bad about it???

I ran a search and typed in Key West and there were a number of girls who stopped in this area while on a cruise or for their bachelorette party, so try that and FM any of them. I did that when I was doing research on the Bahamas.

you can also just get revies from tripadvisor by typing in the name of the resort
Casa Marina is very nice. I've stayed there before and it's really the only hotel with a real beach.

We've been to Key West a few times, but we usually stay in an inn (the past 3 times we've stayed at the Curry Mansion). If you're looking for a more quiet, intimate experience, look into the Gardens hotel or the Marquesa. If you want a bigger hotel, I'd say the Casa Marina or Pier House would be good choices. For something really different, try Sunset Key. It is on its own island with beaches & looks absolutely beautiful! Try tripadvisor.com and fodors.com for any other ideas and for visitor reviews! Have FUN! (Also, for a beautiful, romantic dinner: eat outside at Louie's Backyard and be sure to get to Blue Heaven too!!
