Kids at the Church

So my parents attended a wedding last night. My mom called me after the church ceremony to tell me how these two poorly behaved small children totally ruined the ceremony. That they couldn't even hear the vows, and that the mom wouldn't remove the kids and just let them keep causing a ruckus.
