I let my princess junior bridesmaid wear make-up. She's 12 years old but looks older because of her height and features. My make-up artist gave me 1/2 price for her make-up, she didn't put too much on just eye, blush for cheeks, and lipstick. My princess look beautiful.
I guess it also depends on age. If FGs were 11 years old and below, I say no to make-up. If it were a Jr. BM age 12 and above yes but not too heavy or too much. It's only one day and having a little make-up for 12 year olds and older won't hurt them. It's a day for everyone to look their best for the bride and groom for them to play 'dress-up.' To each their own.
