Kimara Ahnert Make-Up

I learned such an expensive lesson yesterday!!! In the morning, I went to a make-up trial with Francesca (the manager) of Kimara Ahnert-- on Madison Avenue... She comes to your house the day of and does airbrushing... Totally expensive... Are you ready for these prices?
75- trial plus tip
300 - just for initial make-up application
150- each additional application
transportation fare after 25 round trip miles
tip
75 each hour extra to stay past the applic.
That is not including hair!!!!

I was like- well if she charges so much and she is in a Madison Ave boutique she must be awesome!!!!
Ladies.... the make-up was just okay, she had a little bit of an I'm great attitude, and it was off after the Jets Game by 6 oclock. Applied at 11:00---- I could have done a better job!!!!

Wow - that is outrageous!!!! I thought I really splurged on my hair and make-up for my wedding but that is way too much to spend. I was willing to travel to Manhattan b/c I live in Queens so I went to Frederick Fekkai on 57th btwn Madison & 5th Ave. My hair was expensive but my make-up was only about $75 (I have to double check that).

They did an amazing job so if you are willing to go into the city I would check them out.
