Has anyone been to a trunk show at Kleinfelds? I know at other dress stores there is usually a discount on that designers trunk show dresses, does Kleinfeld give a discount on the gowns when they have a trunk show? Im wondering specifically about the Pnina Tornai dresses. Thanks for the help:)

Yes. If it is a Pnina Tornai trunk show, you will definitely get a discount! Good luck!!!

I specifically made an appt for Kleinfelds during the Pnina Tornai trunk show in case I fall in love I will get a discount. Im going March 6th. Hurry and make an appt!

Yes you'll get a discount. I was at a Pnina trunk show last year and I think the discount was 12.5%. I wasn't interested in a Pnina, and they actually offered me the same discount with another designer, so it doesn't hurt to ask!!

Some places with also give you a discount if you buy at your first appointment. I got 12.5% off at Pronovias.

Thanks for the info!! I can't make an appointment online...it says they have no appointments March 5th or 6th:( I see she has another trunk show the last weekend in March, so maybe I'l just have to wait until then:(

Try calling.. Maybe they can write your name down in case anyone cancels on them.

I called and they gave me the price ...only about 10,000 for the two gowns I liked. So no need for the trunk show appointment lol:)

For any brides interested in a discount at Kleinfelds I can totally help!
I actually just went to Kleinfelds and had a really great experience! There were sooooo many dresses and the store is beautiful! I picked a dress first and then later went back and actually fell in love with a different one that happened to be a bit less expensive, so now I have a store credit there for $1860.

It's totally transferable, good for 10 years, and can be used on anything in the store. You'll be able to contact Kleinfelds and verify the credit and I work right near Kleinfelds so I can meet there anytime to do the transfer at the store.

I am definitely looking to sell it for a discounted price!

Yes, they do! I went a few weeks before the trunk show and they still honored the Pnina discount. Good luck!

Yes, i went to a trunk show earlier this year for Pnina Tornai. I actually met her and she fitted me for my dress... i got a 12.5% discount on it. I ended up changing my mind and chose another dress a few weeks later but they still honored the discount and the deposit transferred fully even though it was a different designer.

Just a note: i was DEAD SET on getting a Pnina when i first started looking for dresses. If your budget isn't 8k or over, look into some other designers. The Pnina's are beautiful but i have to say that her newer collection isn't as appealing as i found her older collections to be...and the really gorgeous dresses are 15k and above.

I never went to the trunk shows, but I bought my dress there and I loved the service. My bridal consultant was awesome.
