i've never been, but on say yes to the dress it seems as though it's a free for all in terms of FINDING dresses (although i'm sure you can still ask for help), but you do get a consultant once you're actually trying on dresses.
I've been to their sample sale, you get to take a look around and you can choose your dresses off the rack and a consultant helps you trying them on.
I went to a blow out sale at the second largest bridal store in the country (Kleinfeld's being #1, of course!) to help my friend out. Let me tell you...it was the most FUN experience ever! We had a blast!
I'm thinking of stopping after work around 4pm. Don't know if I get anyone to come with me, but I'm curious to see what they'll have (and how nutty it'll be!).
