knots in stomach

wedding is in a week, I am beyond nervous.. I HATEEEEEEE being center of attention, esp with over 400+ attending... can you ladies please share what you did on the day of your wedding to make it as stress free and anxiety free as possible? and for those ladies who are not married, what will you be doing? pleaseeee share... I literally have knots in my stomach and want to vomittttttt thinking about this ALLL THE TIMEEEEEEEEEEEE. Superrrr super self conscious.... and I hateeeeeee knowing I am going to be feeling like that the day of... the most nerve wrecking moment for me is going to be:
entrance with fh, and first dance, father/daughter dance.. I know everyone of my friends have told me 'dont worry about it' 'oh stop, it will be fine, what are you worried about?' yeah, easier said than done.

Also, I know I will be super de hydrated and I am afraid that by drinking water, I will keep going to the bathroom and I dont want to, as my dress is a ball gown... ahh are there any pills to control going to the bathroom that are over the counter? thanks ladiesssss

Seriously though, just take deep breaths, once you get there and see everyone you will be fine

Try not to think to much into everything...just take each moment as it comes. Your girls will be there along with your family and it will totally help calm your nerves. If they dont help...have a drink...or two

don't think of it as a day focused on you ... think of it as a day focused on the love that you and your FH have for each other ... and just breathe and try to take your mind of of it. Your friends are right - you will be ok

of course, i still have 3 1/2 months to go and i'm freaking out too ... so it's obviously easier said than done

I am sure that its easier said than done......Once the church doors open and you see your FH waiting for you, I am sure you will forget about everyone else and just really take in that moment of you and him.......the rest is just a big ol party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Peeing thing, can't help ya.. Myabe try drinking something with electrolytes instead of water, maybe that will keep you hydrated and reduce the need for large amounts of water??
