thanks so much meg! yep we went into contract on monday and closing is tentatively for 2/2! so we can't wait..the house is in holtsville!

yep! and the thing that is helping us was she was desperate so we got a good deal and she wants to move out quick!

yep and nows the best time..the market is horrible..so everyone wants to move quick! lol but yes thats east..about 25 minutes from where i am now (west islip)..holtsville is near medford

FH and i found a few co-ops in islip that were looking into! thats as east as we can go with him commuting to jamica everyday and i will be most likely in smithtown
