KWR..need help

I'm seraching for these like sticky things you put on the back of your ears so when you wear heavy earrings you stick them through the sticky thing this way its not pulling down on your ear.. has anyone ever heard/seen of these?

I have noo clue what they are called.. but I need them for my wedding in 2 weeks!

They are called earring stabilizers! if anyone has really heavy earrings I recommend these!
