Honestly, whats the problem with clear labels? I mean, are your guests going to think that the ugly smudged post mark, and scuff marks from the postal service are tacky too?

I think any judgment upon you based upon a clear address label is more a testiment to thier shortcomings, not yours.

In an ideal world where mommy and daddy pay for everything and we can all afford Oheka Castle, printed address's would be the norm. But I think most people realize that is not the real world.

I did them and got many compliments on them....does anyone actually put that much thought into the address? The envelope gets tossed anyways.....

I would strongly suggest trying to print your addresses on your computer - its just as easy as the labels but looks a lot nicer! If you use a calligraphy font, it will look handwritten!

I totally agree. I just got an invite from a friend and it was actually done by hand, but we couldn't tell at all. It was so perfect we swore she did it on the computer!! Of course my mom went and licked her finger--when the ink smeared we knew it was done by hand

I personally wouldn't use them for wedding invites.
To each his own though.

Don't like the labels...when they come through the mail they get dirty for some reason. Go with the computer.
