Sounds good, another good class that me and FH took was at CDC LI . They are free classes that walk you through home buying and also help you apply for grants. We didn't qualify but my friend at work got 40,000 towards his home for a down payment and to fix up the house.

Lol yeah , they have a great program they sit with you one on one and help you figure out your credit and all that too! I wish we could have qualified but FH and my salary together was just over the limit.
can you tell me more about this program? what is it called? how do you qualify?
