Laminating Question

I just picked up our STD's from being laminated. Not all of them were done properly. It's too late to call the store back right now because they close. Does anyone know if they can run the messed up ones through the machine to seal them better?

I wanted to cut them all out and I can't now.

So FH just got back from the store attempting to bring back the poorly laminated sheets and was given the run around. They said there was nothing they could do and that its because of the thickness of the paper and that as long as we don't cut to the edge, they shouldn't peel. Mind you, we aren't cutting to the edge and even if we aren't, I can see that it's not sealed. If I cut there, I know it can open. I tried it on a portion of the laminate that wasn't sealed. Now I have to go and get angry.
