I am not blocking hotels.. (we dont have alot of OOT guests) but FH and I are staying at the Hyatt in islandia

We blocked rooms at the Sheraton in Happauge/Smithtown

We blocked rooms at Wingate by Wyndham. They include a shuttle service if there are more than 10 rooms booked. Talk to Rachel...she was very helpful!

I blocked at the marriott in Islandia... they provide a shuttle service if we can guarantee 10 rooms as well and I think they said they would even shuttle people to the lirr in the morning after... I am not home right now so I don't have to womans name with me but if you need any more info FM me and I will give you the info when I get home.
